ABOUT

​

Lucas E. Vieira serves as an Associate Professor of Theology, teaching in our undergraduate program. In addition, Professor Vieira serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He also serves in the realm of institutional advancement and development. 

​

Deeply passionate about Classical Reformed Education, Professor Vieira is a Dean and Upper School Humanities Teacher at Beacon Hill Classical Academy in Camarillo, CA. Furthermore, he is grateful to serve as the Director of Music Ministry & Administration at Christ Church Carpinteria, a Reformed Baptist church which subscribes to the 1689 Confession of Faith. He has a deep passion for building & strengthening uncompromising Christian institutions, and has served on boards for multiple Christian organizations.

His primary academic area of interest & research lies in the intersection of historical theology, politics, law, and educational philosophy. He is currently a PhD student in Church & State Studies at Whitefield Theological Seminary. Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed studies in Classical Christian Education, Law, Religion, and Philosophy.

Professor Vieira lives in Ventura, CA with his lovely wife, Madelyn, and their sweet daughter, Evangeline.
